Please note that your agreement to this Policy is distinct from your acceptance of our general Terms & Conditions to ensure your consent for data processing is specific and informed.

  • Rental Insurance Providers, Utility Concierge and Moving Services: If you lease an apartment through our services, we may share your contact information with third-party partners (e.g., renters insurance, utility, cable, or internet setup assistants) specifically to help you facilitate your move-in and service setup process. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the requested service.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

Perch may contact you by phone, text, or email in connection with your apartment search or related services.
